At Gather Your Bones, we strive to ensure that your exquisite pieces of art reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Our shipping policy outlines the details of how we handle shipments to provide you with a seamless and satisfying experience.
Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we will carefully prepare your chosen piece for shipment. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Duration:
The duration of shipping depends on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. We provide estimated delivery times based on your selected option, and these may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are flat rate $5 (USD) for US and $30 (USD) for Canada.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If a product is seized and abandoned or destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Tracking Information:
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you. We believe in transparency and ensuring that you are well-informed about the status of your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
While we take utmost care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage during transit, unforeseen incidents can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that we do not assume responsibility for items lost in transit by the postal service. In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to help locate the package if possible.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Change of Address:
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
