All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

All pieces are very fragile. While we take utmost care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage during transit, unforeseen incidents can occur. If your order arrives damaged beyond repair, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the package if possible.
